Timerest Ltd consists of 4 brands / restaurants – Comptoir Libanais, Shawa, Levant and Kenza. My role focuses on recruiting talent to the organisation at all levels, developing talent at all levels, producing training materials, sales training and supporting the Comptoir capital plan expansion and relationship with TRG Franchises.

My role was aligned to a brand group where I looked after 4 brands (200+ pubs) and I worked closely with 3 Retail Directors. My role focused on developing and delivering a guest obsessed service culture at all levels within the brand group, supporting the development of a sales culture across the brand group at all levels and developing the training materials support this and creating a network of pre-opening trainers to support the brand group’s capital plan.

My role focused on recruiting Kitchen Managers for two brands, leading centralised recruitment days and training courses, aiding HRBP’s with recruiting for management roles with a focus on Assistant Manager recruitment in London and designing and delivering Pre Opening Training and amenity upgrade training nationally.
