 I was the research heard of this domestic fund. I trained the junior analysts and guided them to work as a team to produce market ideas following our research methodology.  I turned to focus on Chinese macro and steel demand after i joint this company. I build up very detailed supply-demand models of China's steel market and related downstream industries such as property, infrastructural FAI, auto, and home appliances.  I joint the company as the Chinese steel market analyst, and then become the team leader of the China research team.  I focused on Chinese ferrous and thermal coal market, participating in the research process of other power sectors.  I joint Platts coking coal assessment team and re-locate to Singapore since September 2011, after Platts taking over SBB. I worked on daily price assessment and coking coal market news reporting. I was the reporter of the steel making raw material in SBB of China market, including iron ore, pig iron, coking coal and coke. I turned to focus on coking coal market since March 2011 after the takeover. [Steel Business Briefing is a famous global steel market news agency, and it was acquired by McGraw-Hill in 2011.]

 I covered international financial news and global economic data for the morning economic TV show. As the TV show editor, I would decide the hot topic for the show after running through the sell-sides reports. [Fudong was a Chinese private media which made TV show programs]

 I worked as the chief correspondent and was also one of the editors of monthly published chemical industry magazine Chemical Frontier. The stories and commentaries from me were often made as the front page.

 I was one of an online video program called The East Top. We talked about the most recent News Focus, and had debates about the related arguments.  I also worked as the editor of an online talk show East Chat Room. It was the core product of the department,and I was responsible for the articles about the interview.
