As this was a new department for the college I was also responsible for designing and implementing a wide range of reporting and quality monitoring systems. The area was graded good in the 2012 OFSTED inspection and with a watching brief in 2013/14, whilst HoD for Early Years and Salon Services, learning support achieved an outstanding narrative in the 2013 OFSTED inspection.
