Head of Early Years and Salon Services at Northbrook College. Recent achievements include an outstanding OFSTED grade for Early Years and all other success rates for all other courses within department (access to HE, hair, beauty, public services, entry level programmes) above national averages. As a college we also received an outstanding grade for leadership and management and are currently ranked 3rd in the country and number one in Sussex for success rates for 16-18 and 19+ learners.

Responsible for; Admissions, Careers IAG, Student Accommodation, Additional Learning Support for both FE and HE learners, Counselling and Welfare and Student Financial Support. As this was a new department for the college I was also responsible for designing and implementing a wide range of reporting and quality monitoring systems. The area was graded good in the 2012 OFSTED inspection and with a watching brief in 2013/14, whilst HoD for Early Years and Salon Services, learning support achieved an outstanding narrative in the 2013 OFSTED inspection.
