After completing a Master of Commerce in Marketing, with a focus on sustainability and consumer behaviour, I now leverage my expertise as an AI Consultant at Kodora, Australia's leading AI and Technology Advisory firm.My Master's project included a collaboration with Auckland Council, where I explored consumer motivations and barriers surrounding the newly implemented food scraps collection service. I provided actionable recommendations for future food waste interventions, directly applying principles of behavioural economics to optimise service adoption. This project provided me with deep insights into the gap between consumer attitudes and actual behaviours, a challenge I now aim to address through AI-driven strategies.
