Mission: - One of three Knowit consultants appointed by group CFO and CIO to assist them in the management and hands on work of modernising the IT landscapeContext:- On-site and remote close co-operation with the Knowit team and numerous client stakeholdersResult:- By investing time initially to define the challenge and narrowing down the scope the Knowit team provided guidance on how to structure the system landscape using an enterprise architectural approach and what foundations that are required to start using and treating data as an asset. Work is now continuing based on the findings in the initial phase where the most urgent issues were prioritized. I am working on a requirement specification for a successor to one of the core systems that is approaching end-of-life.

As senior requirement analyst consultant the majority of time is spent on external assigments but I also contribute to the devlopment of Knowit taking active part in recruitment, mentoring junior colleagues, setting up and holding courses.

Mission:- Develop business supporting software by proposing new and improved IT solutions thataims to increase sales or reduce administration in stores and head office- Identify needs for change and problems- Create and follow up the budget- Continuously develop working methods within the IT department based on experience- Act as test leader when implementing new functions and solutions- Act as a project manager for larger implementationsContext:Close collaboration with users of the systems and employees within Supply chain and Marketing.Collaboration with multiple development teams, both internal and third-party vendors.Results:- Structured and defined requirements together with stakeholders and solution architect, for a new system support for managing the planning of campaigns in store - from planning, negotiation with suppliers and production of marketing materials for the Pressbyrån and 7Eleven stores.- Identified and prioritized change requests for implemented software.- Trained teams in agile basics and scrum before launching new ways of working.

Mission:Product owner for a customer flow team with the aim to improve the support of digital services for jobseekers. With experience as a requirements analyst in several product teams, Helena was appointed to step in and focus the priorities and management of initiatives and to improve the team's deliverables in terms of quality and feasability.Results:Methodically re-worked backlog and roadmap and introduced a transparent and structured way of prioritizing initiatives where the team, instead of acting on wishes and initiatives from above or outside, introduced a way of working where the team itself identified the most important areas to address and prioritized the roadmap accordingly.

Mission:Improve requirements management to increase the value generated in the teams and reduce friction at work - from idea to developed functionality. Develop agile processes and ceremonies. Coach product owners and junior requirements analysts.Outcome:- Created a structure for the requirements process via closer collaboration between team and stakeholders, templates for documentation of requirements, continuous refinement and detailing of the requirements from idea to finished functionality both in backlog refinement meetings.- Coaching of junior product owners – supporting them in structuring their work – to be able to concentrate on the most value-creating activities- Set up a requirements forum to strengthen the requirements work in the organization between teams - open to everyone regardless of role to participate.

Mission:- The manager of a team of 16 requirement analysts at Swedbank inquired whether Knowit Digital Management could host a requirements course for them to improve their quality of work.Outcome:- Instead of a traditional course we agreed an alternative setup where the Swedbank team would provid us with examples of their output in terms of requirement documentation and we would provide feedback during 5 bi-weekly hourly sessions. Together with two Knowit colleagues I reviewed the examples and provided feedback and theoretical examples and frameworks for the Swedbank team to reflect on whether these requirements could be fulfilled with less work and more clarity.

The Riksdag AdministrationMission and outcome:Set up and documented a general process for requirements management for the Riksdag Administration use in real-estate development projects going forward with the aim of increasing the value generated.

Mission:Capture and process requirements together with requirement owners and the agile development team for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) - H&M's content management system for web and e-mail communication - before and during the development process. Develop the agile work process.Impact:As I quickly became acquainted with the implementation of AEM, identified user needs and created requirements and could contribute to their implementation. Took on the role of requirements lead in a project to move order-related emails which included integrations to multiple systems. In the absence of product owners, Helena developed her role as a requirements analyst to also include product ownership, leadership and prioritization work.

As Product Owner successfully launched a new consumer app - Mitt Telenor - on schedule January 2017. Thereafter managing the GDPR implementations for Telenor's webs and apps. Responsibilities as Product owner including:- Creating development roadmaps based on customer research, Telenor’s digital strategy and stakeholder requirements. - Based on roadmaps create requirements and refine them in cooperation with designers and developers.- Manage backlog based on business value and complexity.- Lead and coordinate stakeholder dialogues and requirements, backlog planning, releases and progress reporting.- Lead agile devoplemt team and align daily operations with Telenor’s digital strategy.

- Commercially responsible for sales via bredbandsbolaget.se including budgeting, business planning and reporting.- Designing content requirements towards editors regarding presentation of offers and campaigns (text and creative).- Designing requirements (wireframes and written) towards developers to enhance functionality - from minor changes to re-designing the web site.- All above in order to increase conversion mainly based on my own analyses in Google Analytics.- Managing projects such as producing and implementing an SEO strategy for bredbandsbolaget.se and designing requirements for a new web for canaldigitalkabel.se.- Responsible for a monthly media budget mainly spent on search, display networks (RTB), affiliate and price comparison. The media is purchased through a media agency and evaluatedon sales conversion.

Structuring of syndicated loans and M&A financing. Tasks including financial modelling (cash flow and debt capacity forecasting), designing and presenting client pitches, drafting term sheets and mandate letters, preparing material for and taking part in credit and business committees, negotiating pricing and documentation with clients.
