Hi, I’m Helena, I also go by Hels :)My journey in the world of Insurance started 5 years ago - I was looking for a part-time job that could work well with my university studies and I stumbled upon a sales and service role in a contact centre. Soon, I realised that I was picking up the workings of insurance quickly and eventually had outgrown the role and moved up to be a digital specialist where I was recognised for my dedication to customer service and digital optimisation.During this time, I completed my Bachelor of Business (Marketing) and Bachelor of Media and Communication degree with double distinctions and gratefully moved into a new role as a Business Development Advisor at Vero Insurance (apart of the Suncorp Group).My journey is only beginning and I look forward to building my network and attracting opportunities as I grow.
