I was in charge of the "service area" which meant all the cash registers and the people working there as well as the people working out in the retaurant and in the pommes frites. This meant among other things keeping track of money, employees and their breaks. Other tasks I had were ordering products, accounting, counting "rikskuponger" & cash, training of new employees, further training of existing employees and maintenance of certain machines. In the summer of 2008, a colleague and I were responsible for the restaurant when the restaurant manager was on vacation, my colleague was in charge of the "floor" and I of the administrative work.
