My entire career has focused on the training and development of individuals. I have worked in a variety of industry sectors offering training, support and guidance to enable staff to achieve their full potential within the workplace or towards gaining recognised qualifications. For many years I have worked closely with the Recruitment and Employment Confederation and the Institute of Recruitment Professionals in the design, delivery and validation of public, in-company and qualification courses. My areas of training expertise include; sourcing talent, pre-selection, interviewing, sales, negotiation, management training, train the trainer, customer service, to name but a few. Two years ago I was delighted to become one of the first of five IRP members to be awarded honorary fellowship status of the institute for my contribution to the industry. Project work is one of my real passions. I always aim to achieve quality results in any project I undertake, within pre-determined time and financial boundaries.
