Managing an 8 person team with direct report to the Country Manager, I was responsible for:-Development and execution the marketing and communication plan, including the umbrella brand strategy, power brands and commemorative dates;-Follow up of the new products development with the International team, portfolio management and local pricing strategy definition; -Execution of the 360º communication strategy and managing MKT investments across the media plan, social media, PR, Influencers and events; -Branded Content strategy development and implementation; -Execution of the promotional and omnichannel trade marketing strategy.

- Member of the Innovation Committee – evaluation of the financial viability of all new products. Follow up of the project from the concept test to the planogram store implementation;- Analysis and preparation of the brands P&L. - Support and control of the Marketing budget;- Evaluation of the ROI of the mains campaigns.

-Elaboration and analysis of the brands and customers P&L. Elaboration of monthly margin analysis reports to the Board and Marketing and Sales teams;-Support and control of the Marketing Budget.

- Support to campaigns, price and marketing budget analysis, in the Home Care and Personal Care Marketing department in the Financial Marketing support team.
