As a certified life coach, I am interested in working with people who are eager to create a shift in their lives. A few of the approaches I use with clients are EFT, and NVC. These are powerful tools that empower you and your relationships with others. I give (complimentary) introductory sessions to help establish whether now is a good time in your life to work with a coach and if I am a good match for you.
