Helena Fragomeni has over 20 years of experience in corporate education. In 2004, she founded Asterisco Educação, a digital learning consultancy that serves large companies with customized training (B2B). In 2024, she is launching "Hands-on," an educational technology (SaaS) startup.Always in search of trends and innovations, Helena completed the Lead Certificate in Corporate Innovation at Stanford Business School. She holds an MBA in Business Management and Information Technology from FGV-RJ and a bachelor's degree in Industrial Design from PUC-Rio. Born in London, she studied at the American Community School of London.Helena has volunteered as a mentor in entrepreneurship programs such as Acelera Startup (FIESP) and InovAtiva Brasil (MDIC). She served as a Counselor at FIRJAN on the Business Competitiveness Council and is engaged in ESG initiatives, being an Environmental Counselor at CADES – Subprefeitura de Pinheiros – SP. She created the "Replanting Life" project, which focuses on planting native trees, and has adopted public spaces for revitalization in Brooklin, SP.In her free time, she practices yoga and beach tennis, and loves being outdoors in nature.
