- To develop longterm fruitful customer relationships (B2B)- To develop product and services that meets customer needs (B2C)- To communicate with customers in the rights channel and with relevant message (B2C)To build fruitful relationships with customers are extremely important and to work with B2B customers are significant different compared to B2C customers. I have long experience to work with both groups and find it exciting and developing to try to understand the customer needs and to propose a relevant customer offer. Some concrete examples of my experience; Creating strategies concerning Product proposition, identify the needs of both parties in eg. a negotiation of a Partner agreement and to create digital flows for B2C customer in Internetbank and App.In my role as a Manager/Leader I have high demands on my co-workers but at the same time I am very present to give support and advice. I see the strength in my co-workers and create targets to generate development. In my work I contribute with my experience as Senior Partner Manager, Loyalty Card and CRM Manager, Controller and that I have executed marketing campaigns etc. As a person, I am ambitious and see the overall picture as well as the details.
