My goal is to continue to co-create and deliver Transformational HR/People outcomes through Authentic Leadership and Human Centric design. MAJOR ACHIEVEMENTS:1.Transformed the Human Resources function as a valued business partner in several organisations within the Government, Higher Education NFP and Private Sector. This included the "right-sizing" of the businesses and their organisational design as well as working with the Executive to ensure a “human centric” workplace. Being recognised as an Employer of Choice 2023 by The Australian Business Awards.2.Created the new organisation design in partnership with the business for the Machinery of Government changes that established the mega cluster of Planning, Industry and Environment on the 1st April 2019. This increased the size of the cluster to 12,500 people and the launch of the new structure was required by the 1st July 2019.3.Within the period of 2014 – 2018, at the Department of Planning and Environment Cluster (which had 8,500 employees) I delivered the Government Services Employment Act transformation and several Machinery of Government changes including the new organisational design and recruiting and developing the new Leadership team, this impacted over 9 different standalone Entities/Businesses within the Cluster.4.Developed and delivered a Human Resources Shared Services function at Western Sydney Uni which included the transformation of Employee capabilities and the recruitment of new Employees to enhance service delivery to the 8,500 Employees at the University. 5.Built a network of Executive Coaches, Recruitment Agencies, HRIS Systems providers and Human Resources professionals that has enhanced the Leadership capability, quality of new recruits and process and systems efficiency at UWS.6.Successfully Developed and implemented three major Shared Services models at AMP, Campbell Arnott’s and UWS.7.Integrated the Superannuation Funds and Remuneration Structures from Campbell Arnott’s Mergers and Acquisitions, Internal AMP Superannuation portfolios and Lend Lease/MLC.
