Over the years she taught, and presented conferences and workshops in many Portuguese Universities around the country and abroad, namely University of Massachusetts, Harvard University, Pennsylvania University, Free University of Brussels, Salamanca University, North-West University in South Africa, Palermo University in Argentina, Valladolid University in Spain, St Joseph University in China, among others.Associate of the Taos Institute.She was nominated for the Human Resources Management Awards 2016 and for the Outstanding Practitioner Award 2017, by the International Positive Psychology Association. She was the recipient of three awards on Peace, and received the Outstanding Award from the Taos Institute (2023).
