I became proficient in time management, costumer service, organization, and learned how to become a part of a team.

Employed by the Packaging & Industrial Polymers business in Geneva, Switzerland under the student work experience program. I spent 6 weeks playing a leading role in a project to improve costumer service by initiating construction of a centralized contact/mailing list of costumers, alliance partners, CPG's and end users. It was used in all aspects of the marketing communications program throughout Europe, Middle East, and Africa.

Lead instructor of groups of 20 children. Assisted the children on gymnastics equipment and helped them learn basic skills of safety and gymnastics. Gained confidence in leading a class, problem solving and public speaking. Responsible for handling and solving challenging situations with parents and their children.
