A new path in my lifeA dream and a goal for me has been to connect the dots in my life and together with my travels around the world and my curiosity to learn new things lead me to go back to school! I´m proud to say that I am now a Certified Travel Consultant after two years education. This was a fantastic way for me to create a new base of knowledge and expertise in a wide industry such as the travel and tourism. Our world changes fast and therefor I think it is crucial to adapt and learn new things, I want to develop and be part of that progress.Learning by doingI learned early at the theater, that every part was crucial for the whole, and when the audience arrived, everything had to be ready to show. So, holding deadlines and get things done is very natural to me. I enjoy leading and teaching. I have a natural talent for it, which I had the opportunity to utilize during my years in school, as well as a store trainer, sales coach and also as a speaker for a few years. Having a clear and well-defined plan for my work makes me more creative. I believe I need fairly strict guidelines but with openness to change and thinking outside the box when necessary. Positive influenceWith the ability to analyze situations objectively and a focus on finding solutions, I often influence my colleagues and team member positively. I have an interest in both the smaller context and the bigger perspective. I think it´s very important to create a safe environment for new ideas and opinions. For me this is sustainability and something we together take responsibility for. My experienceI am adaptable and curious, and this is reflected in my fairly broad skill set and work experience. I have worked as an employee in the business sector, often on project-based contracts, owned my own company, and worked as a municipal employee. My travels have also made me more aware of how I see the world, got me perspectives, experiences and of course many lovely moments!Build a networkAdditionally, I have built a solid and extensive network, primarily locally but also to some extent beyond my hometown, Malmö, Sweden. My network of customers, students, colleagues, tourists, actors and a social network both professional and private is a big source of inspiration.
