I started my career in recruitment marketing in 2000. Throughout my 20+ year career I have worked for global, multi-brand recruitment businesses, developing marketing strategy and delivering solutions across the UK, US, Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Australia.As CMO for Trinnovo Group, my team and I deliver a researched, innovative and measurable marketing and digital strategy for our three specialist recruitment brands: Trust in SODA, Broadgate and DeepRec.ai; our social enterprise Ex-Military Careers, and our talent consultancy Trinnovo Consulting, and our Community groups: Women in DevOps and Pride in Tech. I am also responsible for tech enablement and adoption for the Group, implementing the latest tools and technologies to drive high performance and efficiencies across the business. As a commercially-minded marketing team, we work with the wider business to develop and deliver the full suite of marketing, thought leadership, brand positioning and return on investment. We do this whilst considering suitable methods and message for local markets and differing sectors whilst maintaining brand consistency and sharing success; as well as delivering global projects for the brands. Implementing the latest technology and implementing proactive and market reactive campaigns is key in recruitment. With sudden market shifts and new opportunities presented, we need to react quickly and efficiently to help the business succeed. We also need to lead on creating and delivering cross-selling opportunities across brands, countries and sectors. Through content, data analytics, paid media, events, webinars, podcasts, socials, and campaigns, we work in partnership with the business to engage candidate and client audiences, and attract recruitment talent to our businesses, as well as raise our profile within our relevant communities, positioning ourselves as market leaders.
