• leading international audits of donor-funded projects and programmes at a variety of organisations, from small NGOs to government ministries, across a range of sectors, including the environment, health, democracy.
• other assurance engagements and agreed upon procedures for international donors, including internal control reviews, procurement reviews, compliance audits, cost methodology reviews;
• developing due diligence solutions for clients;
• managing a multi-annual framework contract, delivering over 600 audits a year globally;
• managing and developing a large and growing central management team;
