PEXA Projects is a tool that allows Practitioners to efficiently process large lot subdivision projects in PEXA. PEXA Projects streamlines the processes involved in the management and execution of settlements associated with property developments. As a Developer Specialist, I guide and train NSW Practitioners through the entire process - from creating their workspaces in bulk through to settlement.

PEXA is a financial technology or 'FinTech'​ company. It's transforming the property industry by assisting banks, legal firms and conveyancers to digitise property exchange. By bringing property settlements online, PEXA is reforming the $5.7 trillion residential property industry. In the Role of PEXA Direct Specialist, Helen works directly with legal practitioners and conveyancers to understand and register for PEXA, open their first few workspaces on the platform and to support them all the way through to successful settlement of their matters.Using her extensive legal industry and best practice knowledge, Helen is also well placed to provide advice to her clients around precedent and process improvement opportunities that the PEXA platform can provide - giving each practitioner a total end-to-end support service.
