I’m really fortunate that every day, I get to work with Technology, Legal and Property Development professionals, ranging from small scale owner-operators and start-ups, all the way through to major companies with a mix of residential and commercial development projects nationally. Our data, insights and partnerships help property developers and their teams unlock the intel they need to include in their decision making processes. Think early site selection and planning stages, using migration & population data, using Auto-Valuation Modelling (AVMs) and AI to predict valuation changes based of future government infrastructure investments (train stations & hospitals), insights to help in the DA process, Environmental Impact Assessments and reporting around Climate Change.I’ve worked in the property & legal sectors for over 30 years, most recently specialising in process improvement and innovation at enterprise level. I joined PEXA 8 years ago because of their mission to transform the property industry and boy, did it need some transforming. Working now with real-time data tools and innovative companies is super cool and truly exciting.
