Hi there! I am a registered psychologist, business owner and self-confessed trauma nerd. Completely passionate about provision of evidence-based trauma therapy, I strive to provide compassionate, empathic care that prioritises authenticity, safety and relationship while remaining firmly grounded in best practice and research. My primary modality is Eye-Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) as, not only have I seen the profound healing effects of this therapy in the many clients I have worked with, but also experienced them myself! I am accredited by the EMDR Association of Australia as both an EMDR practitioner and consultant, and am privileged to both practice and teach EMDR in my practice.
