Responsible for all John Lewis branches (currently 40 stores) and Contact Centre, ensuring a first class candidate and hiring manager experience. Responsible for ensuring multiple vacancies and campaigns are effectively progressed from the customer viewpoint from approval through to post offer completion of vacancy. The role requires me to influence and guide both tactical resourcing service delivery in the operational teams and strategic engagement with the store based Business Partners.I have also completed the Continuous Improvement Practitioner (Green Belt) course

A project management role to support the John Lewis Partnership business transformation programme through the introduction of a centralised Resourcing shared service centre; playing a key role in conducting a full review of current recruitment activity to enable innovative streamlined processes and enhanced technology to support in excess of 500,000 new applicants per year. My responsibility is to lead, plan and control multiple resourcing projects, managing each through to implementation and transfer in to operational teams enabling business as usual effectiveness. All projects required building strong working relationships with a range of third party suppliers and many senior stakeholders across the Partnership

Responsible for the attraction and recruitment of Graduates to the John Lewis Graduate schemes in Retail Management, Buying, Merchandise, Industrial Placements and Summer Internships. (Maternity cover)

Responsible for delivery of effective people strategies to achieve the Business Plan, in line with Partnership Values. Working with the leadership team c60 line managers and supporting c500 employees, ensuring line manager capability to effectively manage their teams, through appropriate coaching, advice and support.
