Led the HR Management Information Team to ensure timely production of accurate information to aid decision making in the business. Business Lead for HR Reporting in the Global Convergence project which aims to bring all electronic systems together, allowing for reporting from one source on a global level. This includes scoping out reporting for launch and ensuring it meets ours business requirements.

Within this role I was seconded within Human Resources to the Framework Project Office on a fixed term basis. The role was essential in providing professional and timely support to the team responsible for the National Framework Agreement for equal pay and reward. Main areas of this post involved supporting the job evaluation process, project management, pay and grading issues.

During this employment period, I worked as part of a team of four, being responsible for the College of Business, Law & Social Science. My main duties were to provide administrative support to the College HR Team, from recruitment, issuing of new and changes to contracts.
