Helen is a Clinical Hypnotherapist, Energy Alignment Practitioner and Certified Life Coach.She has navigated many of the obstacles that life throws at you, domestic violence, divorce, redundancy, bereavement and empty nesting and not only survived but thrived.Her biggest challenge followed a serious back injury which resulted in the loss of her home, her career and her relationship. At the age of 48 she was forced to pick herself up and reinvent herself and threw herself into her personal development journey with an inner knowing that there must be more to life. Fast forward 10 years, Helen, has worked with 100's of clients 1:1 and in group settings to help them improve their lives by letting go of limiting beliefs, repeating patterns, guilt and generational stories and helping them to transition to feeling fulfilled and happy.
