Iress is a financial technology company employing over 2000 people in 8 countries including Australia, United Kingdom, South Africa, Canada, Singapore and France. I lead a multinational team responsible globally for:- remuneration governance, - Board and committee papers on people matters, - executive pay and the remuneration report, - share-based remuneration, - the design/implementation of incentive programs, - management of external benefit providers and brokers, - our HR System (Workday), - our people service desk- global mobility- people data, analytics and process- external people reporting e.g. diversity and equal employment reporting.

I completed my psychology registration requirements part time at:- two schools, where I worked with families and teachers to complete support students with mental health challenges including ASD, ADHD and anxiety- a fertility clinic, where I worked with couples seeking to undergo IVF and supported current patients with anxiety, grief and loss.

At ANZ, I galvanised a new team to deliver global reward projects, achieve synergies and govern benefit and incentive plans. I played a critical role in:- implementing performance and remuneration changes for over 50,000 employees on time and on budget- achieving cost savings through simplification- identifying and compelling action on employee gender equalityIn my first role at ANZ, I advised Institutional Division (which served ANZ’s largest clients across twenty countries) with remuneration design, incentive pool funding and remuneration review.

At AMP, I consulted to business leaders and HR on the design and operation of remuneration programs and the structure of executive pay across the AMP Group. My delivery included:- Refinement of AMP's remuneration approach to meet regulatory requirements, including design and implementation of changes to executive equity programs,- Restructuring the remuneration report in consultation with board members to improve shareholder understanding and acceptance, and- Advising on the integration of AMP and AXA remuneration levels, incentive schemes and performance management approaches.

I provided advice to external clients in a management consulting capacity regarding effective reward structures for employees, executives and directors, delivering value to clients and EY. My projects typically involved reviewing remuneration strategy, designing short and/or long-term incentive plans and reviewing executive pay levels for public companies, across a variety of industries. I was also involved in a number of large-scale vendor due diligences from a human resources perspective and gained significant experience obtaining and synthesising market data.

In this role, I prepared tax returns and financial statements for individuals and small businesses and supported my clients with business administration and employment tax matters.
