This year I helped a group of Young Female Business Entrepreneurs start and run their own business through the Young Enterprise Company Programme.This is one of the best things I've done all year, the young women from St Mary's Convent in Worcester, were bright, enthusiastic, creative and worked together brilliantly as a team with excellent communication skills to boot!I would advise anyone looking for a challenge and looking to give something back to take part in Young Enterprise and I'll be happy to talk about it if you're interested.
