My areas of expertise are real estate finance ( development and investment ) , secured lending and workouts/restructurings. I am on the Corporate Services Executive and Client Development Executive . I lead the strategic direction within Corporate Services for client development ; responsible for our market facing activities and meeting the needs and challenges of business growth for our clients and targets.I enjoy developing relationships with, and winning work from, a wide range of financial institutions including Barclays, HSBC, RBS and LBG. I also advise corporate clients on all aspects of finance and treasury matters. In 2009, I spent 9 months on secondment to Barclays as Acting Head of Legal, Lending & Security for Barclays Corporate Bank. This has given me insight into the issues and priorities of a large, highly regarded in-house legal team and the requirements of a major global financial institution from its lawyers. I have experience of transformation of the delivery of legal services including process mapping, greater use of paralegals and project management. I am keen to develop initiatives and innovations that will enhance value for our clients.
