Crew Consultancy was set up to provide operational support for the recruitment sector and specialises in offering advice across the following areas:Review of commercial and contractual client led documentation - Preferred Supplier terms - Recruitment Process Outsourcing - Managed Service framework agreements - Stand-alone terms Contract Negotiation - Either directly with the end user client or with the RPO / Managed Service providerContract Implementation - Summarised content designed to upload onto a recruitment system enabling consultants to understand compliance requirements and commercial termsBusiness Analysis - Presentation of management information, used to support the client development strategy. This includes analysis of key financial data; account activity and scope of client agreements, helping businesses to improve service delivery, as well as identify cross-sell opportunities. Having spent 10 years working in recruitment heading up a Client Services function for London and Asia, I was responsible for the review, negotiation and implementation of all commercial and contractual client led documentation. I have experience negotiating with end user clients from multiple sectors such as: world leading oil and gas companies, global financial services firms, magic circle law firms, and multinationals across commerce and industry, as well as RPO and Managed Service providers.I managed the implementation and compliance process against Service Level Agreements and was responsible for business analysis and client account management. Having run the business analysis reports, and interpreted the data, I would run the annual client performance reviews, looking to improve service delivery and identify cross-sell opportunities on key accounts and prospects.
