Passionate about promoting equality and social inclusion as demonstrated by career experience. Strong knowledge of equalities-related legislation and ability to apply it practically. Highly articulate and able to interpret and present information to a variety of audiences and in different formats. High level of awareness of different impacts discrimination has on outcomes and opportunities for people with different protected characteristics from learning about people’s lived experiences of this in my roles.
