- Recovery of $3.7MM of wrongly prompt payment discounted by the client.- Analysis on the Cost of Goods negotiation for the client, which resulted in a final proposal of $2.3MM vs. the initial request of $9.75MM.- Finance leader on the sufficiency building and on the strategic discussion/negotiation with the client, including all portfolio of innovation, promotions, price point, display, pallet position, etc. FYE results were net of sales 109 and pricing 2.8ppts (both above target). - Lead of audit performed by the client reviewing the requests and putting all the evidence together to ensure we pay the right amount. - Management of the total cost for the biggest and the most complex production plant in the Region and for Fabric and Home Care (Detergent/ Fabric Enhancer/Dish liquid). Delivering net savings in 3 consecutive years for about $8MM.- Benchmark execution, internally with best in class plants in the globe and externally with our main competitors, being identified $4MM from which $0.5MM were capitalized.- Finance leader for the NA powders start of production in Mexico ensuring forecast and NPV (~$31MM) under control and in line with the expectation despite multiple changes on CPS and scopes. Guidance on how to manage capitalization, depreciation, and variation.- Lead in the mapping and matching of MX Miscellaneous Sales Receivable process, achieving a standard process for all Mexico. Working with a multidisciplinary team which resulted in 90% reduction of open item (from 1.2MM to 140M).- Manager of 4 people being continuously evaluated as manager of others above P&G average.

Venezuela

• Ensured local books were in line with Venezuelan accounting norms, issuing the Financial Statements 2015 with no deviation. Provided guidance on business accounting and internal control matters.• Led 44 Government audits; delivering the appropriate supporting documentation to ensure business continuity.• Improved the financial statement inflation adjustment process by identifying issues, root causes analysis and standardizing capitalization process across all Legal Entities.

Venezuela

• Managed the plant’s manufacturing expenses forecast. Analyzed monthly expenses and variances, putting in place action plans to avoid overspending, and achieving a total accuracy of +/- 1.5%.• Turnaround in the loss analysis process and in the budget management, delivering net saving for first time in the past 10 years, which resulted in 7% (~$30MM gross saving) in the manufacturing expenses accounts for 2 consecutive years, more than offsetting Venezuela hyperinflation (60%).• Co-led union contract renegotiation and closed salary gap (45%) vs. community, closing in line with the forecast and avoiding $12MM of potential impact.• Led financial analysis and recommendations that resulted in an improvement of 36% on the plant’s productivity.• Ensured the execution and compliance of finance processes in line with the company’s policies, achieving the highest score on internal control audits.

Venezuela

• Performed capital audits of 6 capital projects ($52MM) in Venezuela and Argentina, avoiding occurrence of fraud during projects execution. One of these projects was the third biggest capital project of the Paper category executed in Latin-American ($40MM investment).• Designed and trained Latin-American construction auditing team, standardized of tools and processes and optimized regional productivity in 50%.• Led the fixed assets management process. Re-designed the existing process and simplified capitalization guidelines; obtaining sustainable score above 95% on asset audits.

Venezuela

• Analyzed statistical data to understand root causes for preferential USD losses, which helped to improve and document the foreign exchange acquisition process and optimized the company efficiency in use of preferential dollar to date.• Obtained preferential foreign exchange approval without interruption, avoiding $6.5MM of potential impact. Reduced in 80% of payments to suppliers with non-preferential dollars (-$2.7MM) by standardizing pro-form invoices and determining correct tariff codes.• Tracked raw material transit, acting as a communication bridge between the plant and the forwarding agent. • Reduced nationalization time to 10 days, ensuring continuous production.
