My coaching work is focused on empowering and supporting women to advance their careers and coaching senior leaders to be effective sponsors for underrepresented talent. I work with large MNCs to support the advancement of women into senior leadership positions. My philosophy is that rather than focus on 'fixing women', we should instead focus on equipping women to navigate the bias they face. I also believe in including men as part of the solution, and much of my coaching work is with senior male leaders who are sponsoring under-represented talent. I'm an accredited integral coach with ICF-ACC.
