The role of the Client Relations Officer is to build and sustain long-lasting relationships with customers to ensure fruitful relationships and client satisfaction. The CRO acts in a matrix with BM’s, Team leads and Key Account Managers.The CRO is the link between the operational teams such as our "Immigration" and "Destination consultants" and each company's respective HR/Mobility departments. This gives great insight on both immigration and destination related matters.CRO follows up on KPI, SLA, Quality surveys, escalations and more.
