I am a partner in the Employment, Labour and Executive Compensatin Group in the Montréal office of Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg. I represent employers, both in the context of individual employment relationships and in the context of unionized organizations, whether federally or provincially regulated. My practice is varied and includes appearances before civil courts and administrative tribunals, negotiation of collective agreements and drafting of executive employment agreements and policies, and providing guidance on governance and executive compensation matters. I also acquired significant experience in the coordination of all employees-related matters in the context of commercial transactions, such as acquisition of assets or shares, and have developed a strong expertise in strategic human resources planning for my clients across Canada.In addition to my practice at the firm, I teach employment and labour law at the Quebec Bar School and I am often a guest professor at the MBA Desautels Faculty, McGill University.
