We are committed to supporting a generation of changemakers and equipping their networks with powerful skills and knowledge.➯ We create safe and engaging experiences for young people as they confront difficult issues related to health and wellbeing. ➯ We explore and draw on the valuable views and resources of young people, as well as those of their caregivers, healthcare providers, educators, and other allies to ensure equal access to information and decision-making. ➯ We strive to bridge gaps or barriers in communication and information that might otherwise prevent necessary steps to improve youth health, wellbeing, and opportunities.

The (Mis)trust of Scientific Expertise project interprets trust and mistrust of scientific expertise as cultural and communicated phenomena, entangled in values and evident in the discourses that convey them. The motivation for this project is that by greater understanding cultural expressions of mistrust of scientific expertise, we may be closer to finding ways of addressing it.➯ Key responsibilities:• Organising international conference on Scientific Expertise, Communication, and Trust (SECAT 2022), including logistics, community engagement, communication, team coordination, programme development• Web editor/author CMS, TYPO3, and Conference Manager• Literature review on vaccine literacy• Article writing and editing

I worked with the Danish YMCA Sports Alliance on a social innovation project to promote better health and wellbeing among young women at the Danish SOSU Schools (vocational training and educational programmes). As a team, we co-created movement activities, tools, and active communities with the aim of promoting physical and mental health.➯ Key responsibilities:• In-depth interviews and participatory focus group activities• Developing and facilitating volunteer training sessions• Coordinating SDG partnerships• Co-creating, editing, and publishing volunteer training manual and magazine

ReDI School is a nonprofit tech school empowering women with refugee and migrant backgrounds by offering high-quality IT and tech courses at several levels. Our aim is to connect our students with valuable digital skills and a strong network of tech leaders, students, and alumni to create new opportunities. Our ReDI School Aarhus team has kickstarted tech programmes in collaboration with our community and project partners in Spring 2022.

I was the national project coordinator of a 2-year project funded by the Danish Health Authority with the aim of strengthening the capacity of parents, educators, health care providers, and politicians to support transgender children and young people.FSTB (Association in Support of Transgender Children) is a Danish nonprofit organisation founded in 2015 by parents of transgender children. Our purpose is to promote the health and wellbeing of transgender children and young people in Denmark through social events, accumulating knowledge, advocacy, and counselling. FSTB organises meetings and summer camps for transgender children, teenagers and their families to meet like-minded people and share experiences. We provide information and offer counselling for transgender children and teenagers and their parents, family members, educators, and health care providers.
