On the HR side, I led change management projects at Latam level, coordinating multicultural and high-performance teams in different countries. In recent years I have specialized in organizational and personal development. On the sports side, I was the first woman to achieve great summits by bicycle in Chile and the world, including Cerro el Plomo (Chile) and the Kilimanjaro Volcano (Tanzania). In the next few months I am going to the Atacama Desert (Chile) to set a world height record with my bicycle! Today, through different consulting activities, I unite the world of HR with the world of sports to address issues such as motivation, self-improvement, and how to focus organizations and people on fulfilling their objectives and dreams from different perspectives.
