●Deliver ongoing benefits administration and own ongoing client interactions for two large market clients● Enhance and streamline internal operating processes, audit and verify completion and delivery● Identify system defects, conduct root cause analysis and deliver impact, analysis, and solutions to clients● Utilize data migration and audit techniques to deliver monthly reports to our clients● Participate in Internal and External Client Acceptance Testing processes throughout the year● Facilitate year-end processing and ensure that all election data for the new plan year is delivered accuratelyand in a timely manner to third party vendors● Communicate with client contacts daily via management of a client escalation mailbox● Monitor for and present escalation trends to client contacts and internal team management● Identify opportunities for process improvements based on trend analysis● Manage operations processing, verification, and timely delivery of Employer Reporting data for threelarge-market clients● Develop and own system change order requests and see through to implementation

• Provide quality customer service by responding to customer needs promptly and efficiently • Aid in food preparation, service, and facility upkeep• Supervise employees to ensure timeliness and quality of work• Communicate with the General Manager and owners to update them with the current status of employees and sales

• Preside over all chapter and executive board business meetings• Serve as a liaison between A E Phi National Offices and the Mu Chapter• Facilitate various philanthropy, sisterhood, and leadership events• Collaborate with the greater Panhellenic community to spread awareness for Greek Life Initiatives and programs

• Develop unique programming with camp administration and other members of the general staff• Responsible for the overall safety and well-being of campers in cooperation with coworkers• Lead programming activities for large groups (100+) with participant ages ranging form 8-15• Promote camper and staff engagement at all programmed events
