My role manages the hair care portfolio including Batiste, Toppik and Viviscal in grocery and pharmacy channels.Key responsibilities:- Manage communications process inclusing ATL, BTL, PR, social, digital, sampling and POS to deliver sales and marketing objectives- Lead development, implementation and management of annual brand plans, strategy and budget process - Responsible for all relevant reporting in relation to brand and category performance, consumer insights, competitor analysis and monthly product forecasting - Build professional and positive relationships with internal cross functional teams and external agencies - Collaborate with the sales team to maximize shelf presence, product positioning / execution and market share
