Responsible for product management, particularly focused on our Registrations and Petlog products and services as well as ongoing responsibility of The Kennel Club's partnership programmes with Agria and Purina. Also assuming leadership for the operational delivery of these services including the contact centre teams.

New role at the Kennel Club delivering and reviewing products and services provided by the Club. Also overview responsibility for marketing, social, web content, sponsorship and business development.

My role at the Kennel Club includes all areas of sponsorship, market research, product licensing and business development. In addition, I run the marketing, online and social media teams and responsibility for fund-raising for the Kennel Club Charitable Trust.Achievements/activities include negotiating and content lead on our publishing contract for Crufts and Discover Dogs, bringing in partner programmes to secure commercial and educational resources, marketing strategy for all key Kennel Club brands such as Petlog, Crufts, Kennel Club Health activities, Good Citizen Dog Scheme and many more. Key business development activities include support of Petlog - the UK's largest pet reunification service, development of the Crufts and Kennel Club licensing programmes, acquiring and evaluating sponsorship programmes and launching joint initiatives such as the Puppy Socialisation Plan with the Dogs Trust. Recently developed the online education strategy for the organisation with the launch of the Kennel Club Academy - an LMS education resource with a front end 'shop' providing learning materials for trainers, judges and dog breeders. The Academy will provide education to many other sectors involved in the dog world and will provide the organisation to deliver more effective and efficient education to all involved.

My responsibilities included drafting press releases, delivering PR strategy and ongoing plans, managing launches and events, media relations and client management. Client sectors included automotive, beauty, cleaning products, pet care, Crufts and more.
