Dealing with two cases involving a delayed diagnosis of meningococcal septicaemia causing significant neurological injury as well as multiple high value cerebral palsy cases.Caseload also includes orthopaedic and surgical negligence and psychiatric injury claims.Handles inquests arising out of surgical and medical treatment and provides healthcare advice to NHS Trusts.Joined Hempsons in 2002 with a background in Claimant clinical negligence claims. In 2005, obtained a Masters degree in Healthcare Law and Ethics from the University of Manchester. Became a partner in 2011 and is leading a team of experienced litigators.
