The job seeker and I first collaborate on developing their career direction / goals and identifying their top strengths. With that information, we partner on developing accomplishments to strengthen resume and LinkedIn content that lands interviews. Additionally, I coach candidates on how to best market themselves, particularly through effective networking channels. Finally, clients work on interview preparation and salary discussions to enhance their confidence and ultimately land an offer for a best-fit career opportunity. • Program participants have consistently rated the support I've provided during their job searches at a 4 (Very Good) or 5 ("Excellent").

Laurel House offered a Supported Employment program for their consumers receiving services. I helped clients in recovery from mental health issues in reaching their employment goals. This involved coordinating with their mental health providers to assess progress in their recovery or need for interventions to support them if they showed signs of decompensating. Maintained client progress notes in online recordkeeping software for weekly and monthly reporting.• Consistently achieved and exceeded monthly goal of 1 hire per month with client caseload in adherence with evidence-based Dartmouth IPS model.• Effectively managed caseload of 20 active consumers, including meeting weekly to coach them on job search and life skills to help them find employment and maintain their mental health recovery. • Led weekly employment workshops for jobseekers to help them with resume development, interviewing practice, networking, cover letters, dressing for success, and general life skills.• Built solid network of employment opportunities for clientele through making at least 6 employer contacts weekly through on-site visits, community networking events and phone or email outreach.
