My passion is human flourishing, wellbeing, learning, development and collaboration. Empowering people to be happier, more successful and to thrive in their lives by offering an integrative and innovative coaching approach.I am a wellbeing coach, consultant, lecturer, teacher and therapist working with people of all ages to help them develop their wellbeing now and for the future. I am fully qualified with diverse experience in the fields of human flourishing in terms of: methodologies, therapeutic interventions, education, research, teaching and learning. I am currently working with individuals and organisations to bring wellbeing alive utilising a positive psychological lens, social and emotional learning and a mind and body based approach. My approach takes the form of a measured, coherent and an evidence based way of working.I have substantial experience in education, learning and development (for example: vocational education, apprenticeships, qualification research, development, delivery and integrating wellbeing, coaching, employability, social and emotional learning approaches) policy, teaching, lecturing, consultancy, development, leadership, training and facilitation. As a leader, trainer, coach and collaborator I have demonstrated my ability to lead in complex and challenging environments. Passionate about transformational change for individuals, groups and organisations.At Helen Gormley Wellbeing - we also specialise in transformational change through wellbeing, positive psychology, education, somatic movement and yoga. I'm qualified as a transformational psychological coach and therapist with many years of experience, insight and qualifications in the field of maximising human potential and wellbeing (psychology, positive psychology, coaching, mindfulness, neuroscience, energy psychology, cognitive behavioural therapy and cognitive behavioural hypnotherapy, NLP, somatic therapy, yoga and yoga therapy).
