Empowering people to be happier, more successful and to thrive in their lives by offering an integrative and innovative coaching approach.I am a wellbeing coach, consultant, lecturer, teacher and therapist working with people of all ages to help them develop their wellbeing now and for the future. I am fully qualified with diverse experience in the fields of human flourishing in terms of: methodologies, therapeutic interventions, education, research, teaching and learning. I am currently working with individuals and organisations to bring wellbeing alive utilising a positive psychological lens, social and emotional learning and a mind and body based approach. My approach takes the form of a measured, coherent and an evidence based way of working.I have substantial experience in education, learning and development (for example: vocational education, apprenticeships, qualification research, development, delivery and integrating wellbeing, coaching, employability, social and emotional learning approaches) policy, teaching, lecturing, consultancy, development, leadership, training and facilitation. As a leader, trainer, coach and collaborator I have demonstrated my ability to lead in complex and challenging environments.
