I consult with Lawyers and help them win their Medical Legal Litigation cases by providing the road map to navigate the pitfalls, peaks and Valleys of their Medical Cases and find the Standards of Care for their Medical Questions relating to the issues to their cases.

I was the Liaison between Managed Care Organizations and Genesis Eldercare Physician Services, Centers Medical Director, Attendings', and NP's to ensure clinical and operation understanding, efficiencies and consistency across the spectrum of delivery. I was responsible for evaluating, analyzing and monitoring performance of implemented programs at centers for outcomes and compliance, developed Performa's for productivity analysis of the Physician teams in the facilities. I coordinated the implementation of cross-functional Programs across clinical delivery, operations and sales/ marketing.

Evaluated 10 EverCare sites for Opportunities for Process Improvement•Created Training session for a re-engineered Enrollment / Customer Service Processes. Rolled training out to 10 sites and implemented new processDesigned Site report Card based on functional Processes and established measurements including identifying opportunities for improvement and areas ripe for miscommunication for presentation to Senior Management•Created a Customer Service Train the Trainers for a new Product Rollout and Presented Training to Corporate Customer Service Staff for roll out
