I work with organisations and people that make a difference, helping them to improve their impact. I do this through evaluation and organisational development, and especially at the intersection of the two - developmental evaluation. I help clients to learn from completely new and experimental interventions, understanding what it takes to make them work, and what difference they make to people, places and communities. I've led significant organisational change programmes, addressing both hard organisational performance factors and the behavioural and cultural determinants of change. I have extensive experience of evaluating health and wellbeing projects, health and care service developments, community development interventions and enterprise, employment and economic development projects. I have a particular interest in evaluating integrated approaches and their wide-ranging impacts.
