I've led significant organisational change programmes, addressing both hard organisational performance factors and the behavioural and cultural determinants of change. I have extensive experience of evaluating health and wellbeing projects, health and care service developments, community development interventions and enterprise, employment and economic development projects. I have a particular interest in evaluating integrated approaches and their wide-ranging impacts.
