I spent the majority of my career in automotive Marketing and PR leading Communications teams at Volkwagen Group and Land Rover UK. I'm now taking that 'big brand' experience to help businesses of all sizes to get noticed through strong and compelling marketing strategies. In 2020 I founded my ecomm business The Slow Down Collective; lovingly curated moments of calm and resources to help busy women with busy lives find ways to reduce overwhelm, anxiety and stress in daily life.
