I worked in the field of corporate law, more specifically in the field of banking & finance and restructuring. I have extensive experience in drafting of (international) financing documentation (including creation of (moving) collateral), legal optimization of group structures and financing of acquisitions.Because of my international education and English language skills, I was a member of the teamfocussing on international transactions and cross-border business.My clients were private equity companies (drafting financing documentation for investors and projectfinancing), a regional investment company, local authorities (restructuring of participations, developing an online application for their standard loan agreement) and several large companies in various industries. I was a trusted corporate law advisor for 2 large Dutch family-owned companies, at their 'STAK-level'. The work involved advising on company law and commercial contracts, but also strategic thinking on business opportunities and family relations from a legal perspective.I advised several (inter)national banks on management of non-performing exposures.
