I am a Solicitor Advocate specialising in criminal defence law. I represent clients accused with a huge variety of charges from assault to murder, theft to fraud, road traffic offences to death by dangerous driving, as well as clients facing charges of sexual offences and terrorism. I specialise in Crown Court Advocacy and in 2015 I was awarded Solicitor Advocate of the year in the Law Society Excellence awards. I have special experience in working with clients who have a range of issues which make them particularly vulnerable in the Criminal Justice System. I am a trainer for the Advocacy & the Vulnerable programme and I have contributed to the Advocacy Toolkit for autism, which is an essential aid for advocates dealing with vulnerable witnesses or defendants.
