My ability to assess, optimize and drive process improvements; implement system-wide tools; employ human-centered design thinking; and improve organizational health has been utilized in many different corporate scenarios. I have experience in mergers & acquisition integrations; marketing planning and operations; finance transformation projects; finance and accounting considerations for product launches; systems and process implementations. My different roles across many industries, functions and companies has provided me with exposure to various management and working styles. I've had the opportunity to present to and work with CEOs, VPs and Directors for large enterprises, many of which are Fortune 500 companies. I've also had the opportunity to manage teams and have developed my own management style of understanding the strengths of my team and having open dialogue about progress and performance. I graduated from Johns Hopkins with a Ph.D. in biophysics. After spending many years obtaining a liberal arts education and earning my Ph.D, I developed analytical thinking skills, the ability to research and solve problems, and capable of working both independently and in a team.
