Are you looking for a change in your life or your work?Exhausted, frustrated, feeling as though something needs to change, feeling a bit lost, disconnected, or as though you’re ready for something new, but you’re not sure what it is… are all things commonly said by my coaching clients when they first get in touch.I’ve worked with women for a number of years now, more recently those working within the medical professions all who are seeking a new way to be, one that’s less exhausting and more fulfilling.I combine and integrate Transformative Women's Coaching with psychological concepts to create a holistic blend of tools and techniques that help you to feel more energised and confident about who you are and what you want, so you can then start to explore what makes you happy and how you can work towards the changes you wish to see. And this has led me to training doctors with an interest in coaching on our Doctors’ Transformational Coaching Diploma. This programme introduces doctors to the world of transformational coaching and over 6 months embeds essential skills for participants. It also introduces a number of coaching approaches including Solution-Focused Coaching, Positive Psychology, Cognitive Behavioural Coaching, Gestalt Coaching and Transactional Analysis. Accredited by the Association for Coaching, the diploma programme is the perfect way to begin your coaching journey as a doctor.If you're a doctor with an interest in coaching I'd love to have a conversation with you about how you might integrate coaching into your professional life.
