As a qualified and trained marketing and sales professional with extensive applied experience in Australia, New Zealand, UK, and EMEA. I have spent my career in consumer-centric roles, developing extensive B2C and B2C marketing strategies and plans, delivering insight-led direction that has kept the consumer at the heart of what is delivered. Being passionate about delivering for the consumer whilst being mindful of the shareholder deliverables is fundamental to my thinking and what drives me. Deliverables have included: Planning and delivering content, product and service development, retail programs, marketing campaigns, partnerships, and immersive consumer experiences. My career at Disney has been fundamental in my career embedding the importance of the consumer. Highlights include: • Managing a successful movie brand and preschool-branded TV channel in London. • A family and preschool specialist; targeted audience groups included families, parents and women. • Secondment from London to Australia to share preschool best practices. • Led a variety of cross-functional teams.• Responsible for Disney’s affiliate and partnership strategy. Working with some of the most famous brands, Disney, Warner Bros, American Express, Sky, Foxtel, Apple, Google, Optus, Mattel, Microsoft, and Telstra. Moving into the trades sphere in regional NSW has created a wealth of opportunities including seeing LMN Plumbing continue to improve the standard of the plumbing industry and give back to the community. Working in the regional space has inspired my passion and advocacy in: • Promoting women within regional leadership roles and trades. • Supporting workers who choose to enter a trades industry.
