Profile bio

About Helen Littrell, Psyd

I am a dual citizen, born and initially educated in Australia. I moved to the United States in 2014. I graduated with my PsyD in 2020 from the University of Denver and became a licensed psychologist in 2021. Since 2012 I have been interested in helping those in crisis. I joined Australia's leading national crisis helpline and spent over 2 years telephonically helping those in their self identified crisis. Since then I knew I wanted to work with people in crisis, specifically to help with suicide prevention. I have worked in several mental health settings but have found my home in crisis centers.I am happy to connect and collaborate with other crisis center staff and other interested community partners to strive towards the shared goal of providing best care to those in crisis, supporting and saving lives, and providing an enriching work environment for the unique individuals who are also called to work in crisis care.

Listed skills include Microsoft Office, Public Speaking, Event Planning, Research, and 20 others.
