I have experience practicing neurological Physical Therapy in acute, outpatient and inpatient rehabilitation settings. My education experience includes teaching the neurologic curriculum in a PT Master's degree program and developing/teaching training programs for Functional Electrical Stimulation (FES) technology across the US and Canada. I have experience managing a FDA regulated randomized clinical trial (RCT) including writing protocols, completing required reporting to the FDA and completing research site audits. I have been responsible for the initiation and management of other clinical research endeavors for the largest prosthetic and orthotic company in the US. I have also been involved with developing applications to the FDA for changes in diagnostic indication and for Medicare coverage decisions for FES technology for neurological rehabilitation. In addition, I have experience writing grants, publishing results of research in peer reviewed journals, and creating and managing clinical training documents to meet compliance regulations.
